The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we have signed the Sawday’s Clean and Safe Charter, instituting numerous measures in order to ensure your well-being during your stay with us.
We are also certified as “Good To Go” under the official UK scheme indicating that we are following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines . We look forward to offering a warm, socially distanced welcome, to all of our guests.
To allow socially distanced, enhanced cleaning during the day, the main house will be locked from 11am until 2pm daily, with no access during this time. We appreciate this may not sound ideal; however, with so much to see in Skye, you will find that you’re often out long past 2pm in any case. If you are staying in the Tack Room or Doocot, your room will be accessible at all times. The dining room and drawing room will be closed from 11am until 4pm daily.
To anyone whose planned stay is affected, we would enormously appreciate it if you would reschedule rather than cancel (even if that may mean next year). The total sum of your deposit will be applied to your future stay. Many of our guests have already been kind enough to opt to do this: knowing that Skye, its people, and a warm Highland welcome await them in the future.
